From the restoration of the old hay barn two apartments arose. The restructuring conserved the original characteristics, such as its external staircase, the red brick almond shaped channels, the internal beams and struts as well as using materials such as terracotta and wood.

The apartment “Alloro” has a lovely living area with a full equipped corner kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed It is very luminous and enjoys a splendid view of the tennis court and the nearby vines. The apartment, with its high ceilings and old wooden beams visible, is made up of a main bedroom (which can have either a double bed or two singles) and a smaller bedroom, but no less welcoming, with a bunk bed.
