The old hay barn of the Fattoria was restored conserving the original characteristics, such as its external staircase, the red brick almond shaped channels, the internal beams and struts as well as using materials such as terracotta and wood. Today it has been divided into 2 apartments, one for each floor.

The apartment “Olivo” gives directly onto the tennis court and is thus the most convenient for those who wish to secure the court in the cool period leading up to sunset. But also the less athletic individuals appreciate this apartment with its large and luminous spaces thanks to the typical windows in the almond shaped style. It is made up of a big bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a large bathroom with shower.
